"This is my new fav go-to shop for clothes. I find the items where you can pick specific sizes (like size 8) rather than S/M is a better fit. I am 160cm and 50kg and size 8 fits me perfectly for most dresses, though coats run a little bigger. The best part is their returns. If I don’t like something I process the refund through refundid app, drop it at the post office and a voucher is processes virtually the same day I get an Aus Post notification that it has arrived and they are about the only shop who recognise that in Australia we can ask for our money back so they offer a full refund, which I never take because I love their stuff. Couldn’t have a better shopping experience."
