Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the specific terms that govern our ‘Black Friday’ 2025 promotion (Offer) and apply in addition to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (Terms).
The Offer is valid online via https://billyj.com.au/ only from 9:00am (AEST) on 28 November 2025 until 9:00am (AEST) on 30 November 2025 (Promotional Period). The Offer and the discounts contemplated by it are only valid during the Promotional Period and will not apply beyond the Promotional Period.

All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discount codes.
Notwithstanding our Returns & Refunds Policy, during the Promotional Period, only store credits will be available for change of mind returns. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights at law and/or under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
The delivery timeframes referred to in our Shipping & Delivery Policy may also be affected due to the increase in the volume of orders for shipment during the Promotional Period. We appreciate your understanding.
