About the role
We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team at Billy J. We are looking for someone who understands our customer and can translate trends into polished, commercial product that feels distinctly Billy J. As our Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and direction of our women's fashion brand. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a growing business, thinks creatively but designs commercially, and can bring fresh ideas all while staying true to our brand DNA.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualise and design on-trend clothing collections that align with our brand's vision and appeal to our target customers

• Oversee all aspects of the design process, from initial sketches to sourcing fabrics and trims

• Identify emerging trends and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and industry developments to inform your designs

• Partner with the Buying and Marketing teams to bring the product to life and support the promotion and sell-through of new collections

• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and push the boundaries of our brand's aesthetic

What we're looking for

• 3–6+ years’ experience in women’s fashion design, ideally fast fashion or eCommerce

• Strong understanding of trend cycles and social-first fashion

• A strong, proven track record of creating successful, commercially viable fashion collections

• Advanced technical design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing processes and industry trends

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Warehouse Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of our fast-paced warehouse operation at our Sunshine Coast fulfillment centre. This role is ideal for a strong senior supervisor or team leader who is ready to step up into a manager-level support position.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager and act as the warehouse lead on designated days, with responsibility for workflow, staffing direction, and operational decision making in the absence of the Operations Manager.

This role blends floor leadership with operational control. You’ll keep the warehouse running smoothly, maintain structure and standards, and ensure daily targets are met across inbound, outbound, returns and customer service. You must be confident making decisions, directing staff, and adjusting priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as warehouse lead on coverage days and when the Operations Manager is off site

• Direct daily warehouse workflow and set floor priorities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff and team leaders

• Allocate labour and adjust resources to meet dispatch, returns, and customer service deadlines while maintaining inbound processing

• Maintain picking, packing, and inventory accuracy standards

• Ensure SOPs and safety procedures are followed

• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time

• Support rostering, onboarding, and on-the-job training

• Drive productivity, accountability, and team structure

• Provide clear daily handovers and operational reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior supervisor or team leader role

• Previous fashion and/or ecommerce experience would be advantageous 

• Understanding of warehouse dispatch and inventory workflows

• Confident leading teams on the floor

• Decisive and calm under pressure

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail or fashion distribution environment

• Physically capable of hands-on warehouse work when required

• Systems capability (Shopify / PeopleVox / Inventory Planner / Starshipit / Refundid)
