The Billy J iPhone Duo Social Giveaway opens on 5 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST (Queensland time) on 1 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Both existing and new Billy J email subscribers are eligible to enter.
Employees of Billy J, their immediate families and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
To enter via the Billy J social media giveaway, eligible entrants must complete both of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Tags may be made in one comment or across multiple comments, provided a total of three different friends are tagged.
Tagging friends without completing the official entry form will not constitute a valid entry.

There is one (1) prize available as part of the Billy J iPhone Duo Giveaway.
The winner will receive:

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Due to product demand and availability, the prize may not be available for immediate dispatch. Current estimated availability is late January 2027, however this timeframe is indicative only and may change due to circumstances outside Billy J’s reasonable control.
If the prize is unavailable at the time of the draw, Billy J will arrange delivery to the winner as soon as reasonably possible once stock becomes available.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Billy J’s reasonable control, Billy J may substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
Valid social media entries will be included in the Billy J iPhone Duo Giveaway prize draw.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 2 December 2026 at 32 Hoopers Road, Kunda Park QLD 4556.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.
The winner may also be announced through Billy J’s website and/or social media channels.
The winner must respond to Billy J within 14 days of being notified and may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm their identity and eligibility.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe or is found to be ineligible, Billy J may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to applicable laws.
Billy J reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
Billy J may disqualify any entrant who:
Billy J is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries, or for technical issues outside Billy J’s reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside Billy J’s reasonable control, Billy J reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
