Shipping and Delivery Policy

Getting your order to you quickly and smoothly is our priority. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with orders placed on weekends or public holidays processed within 1–2 business days from the next business day. We ship via Australia Post for Australia and New Zealand orders, and DHL for international deliveries.

Please note:

• Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location;
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods or external factors beyond our control;
• All orders include tracking details, which will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched;
• International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses;
• All parcels are sent with authority to leave. If there is no safe location available, your parcel may be redirected to your local post office for collection; and

• Optional parcel protection is available at checkout for added peace of mind against parcels lost in transit or delivered to the incorrect address.
