Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
If you would like a hard copy of the gift voucher, please email and alert the customer service team with the recipients name, your name, your address, your email address and the voucher code in full to customerservice@billyj.com.au. There is a $10 fee to post out physical gift cards (express post). Unfortunately at this stage we can only post out physical gift cards to Australian customers.

Australian Policy:
Within 7 Days: Refund or Credit +10%

Australian Orders:
Free express delivery within Australia for all orders over $150.
Flat rate express shipping $12 for orders under $150.
USA Orders:
$15 USD for orders to the US under $200 USD.
Prices inclusive of Duties. Taxes calculated at checkout.
International Orders:

Please note: Express shipping timeframes do not take into account the packing time at our warehouse. All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement (excluding weekends, public holidays and peak periods).
