Cancelling Your Purchase
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without the need to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the date on which you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by submitting the form below before the withdrawal period has expired. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your request.

Cancelling Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request to cancel your order before it is shipped. To do so, you can either submit the withdrawal form below or contact our Customer Care team directly. We will make every effort to process your cancellation request before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Returning Your Order
Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions for returning your items.
The goods must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. Where possible, please return the products in their original packaging. Please do not send any items back before contacting us or submitting a withdrawal request. Doing so helps us correctly identify your return and ensure your refund is processed promptly.

Return Delivery Charges
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Receiving Your Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all eligible payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of standard delivery on the original order where required under applicable law. No additional charges will be deducted from your refund.
Eligible refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Once the refund has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or differs from its description, please contact us here.
Claims relating to faulty or damaged products are managed separately from the EU right of withdrawal and may entitle you to different remedies under applicable consumer protection legislation.
