Our ultra durable Wash Bag is generous in size and designed for all bras, hosiery and delicates. The Lingerie Wash Bag is water penetrable and ideal for all your washing needs. 

Made from reinforced, double layered mesh, a fine inner weave of high performance material prevents hooks and wires from piercing through the wash bag and snagging your wash.

1. To retain the shape of your bras and extend the life of your intimates, place washable hosiery, lingerie or other delicates into the washbag to hand, or machine wash.
2. After washing, remove items from the washbag and hang to dry
3. Always follow the care labels on delicate items.
4. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return any full priced item/s for a store credit (with exception for our bridesmaids policy), subject to the following conditions:

  - Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel for International and Domestic customers. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the timeframe.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached, void of any make up or odours / scents.

Please note: All sale items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, faulty items deemed faulty by our team, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified. Please note this is communicated across multiple touchpoints on our site including the item listing, checkout, and on your confirmation email. Please note, a $12.00 shipping fee will occur if any sale items are returned without prior approval. If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact our team atcustomerservice@billyj.com.au

We also offer an alternate returns policy for our brides. If you have purchased 3 or more of any dress from our Bridesmaid collection (inclusive of Mon Cheri, Je'taime and L'amour) in one transaction you will be eligible to return these dresses for a full refund should they not suit (postage not included). This is a strict 30 day policy for residents in Australia and 30 days for International orders. If your items arrive outside this time frame a credit will be issued. The timeframe begins from when you receive the dresses. Please note this excludes items that are marked at a discounted price.
