RETURNING ITEMS

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

 

  • All full priced items can be returned for an online credit (e-gift card) within 7 days of receiving your parcel. This is extended out to 14 days for remote country areas and 21 days for International parcels.
  • We do not provide refunds 
  • Online credits can be used to purchase another size or item. We do not do straight exchanges
  • Credits are the value of the item/s only and do not include postage
  • No returns on items purchased on sale (50% off or more) or items purchased within a promotional period. No returns on items purchased using a promotional code or discount - these are final sale

Items purchased using AFTERPAY follow the same return conditions and you will be issued a credit note (in the form of an e-gift card) upon receiving your items. Continue to pay your balance off in the normal payment schedule to Afterpay.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

In order to receive your credit you must meet the following conditions

  • The item must be received back within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. This is extended to 14 days for remote areas and 21 days for International parcels. 
  • Must be a full priced item 
  • New and Unworn
  • Original swing tags attached
  • No make up or fake tan marks
  • Not smell or perfume or deodorant
  • Include a returns form. These are sent with every parcel. If you have lost yours please contact our customer service team - customerservice@billyj.com.au

We inspect all return items and any returns that fail to comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Postage will be paid by the customer.

 

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

 

  • Sale items that are 50% off 
  • Sale items that have a value of $35 and under
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Undergarments (bras, bodysuits) 
  • Any items that fail to comply with the above return conditions

REFUNDS

 

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Billy J is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection. need a different size or change you mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay.

If there is a major fault with your item we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible then we will offer you a credit note or refund. The outcome of a refund is at Billy Js discretion.
