By completing your payment and finalising an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
- All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Please be aware that during busy sale periods, there may be delays due to the high volume of orders
- Orders placed after 1pm AEST will be processed the following day Monday to Friday.
- International customers must be aware of potential customs and duties fees applicable to your country.
- Please note international customers: We cannot ship to P.O boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses/bases.

Please note: All parcels are given authority to leave (excluding Dragonfly), if you would prefer to sign for your parcel please reach out via email customerservice@billyj.com.au.
* All orders shipped via Dragonfly require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, please contact our team prior to dispatch, and we will request a safe drop delivery. Please be aware that safe drop requests are not guaranteed.
If you have not received your items within our designated time frames, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times. Delays are rare, but can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise in regards to your order being delivered.

All taxes and customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
